    The staff here have always been courteous to me and give extra effort to help if they can. Smaller store, but so nice to have one nearby.

    The girl behind the customer service desk is not very nice. She even rolled her eyes when I offered to give her exact change. Just saying, dont let her ruin your day.

    I refuse to shop here as of what happen earlier this month. For six years now I've order parts on occasions. The parts "techs" here order the wrong parts. They tend to have a habit of questioning customers intelligence about there own vehicles. Such as myself on multiple occasions. If these "mechanics" and parts "tech" are as trained they are. They would know the correct and proper customer service etiquette. This location would benfiet in a change of ownership and staff change.

    After a long day in the beating sun of melfort, I was pleased to step in a nice air conditioned building full of laughter and music. I drank a soda pop, and shared it with my new Canadian tire friends like Brooke. I can't wait for another hot summer day to go back. 10/10
