  You won't find better, more honest service in melfort. Rob will never misguide you when it comes to service needed on your vehicle. Great place with expertise that you can trust.

  WORST OIL CHANGE EVER! Dave changed the oil in my wife's vehicle, and the next morning when she dropped our daughter off, in just a few minutes there was a big pool of oil under the vehicle. She quickly brought the vehicle back. He put more oil in and replaced the oil filter. She said she was worried about what was wrong. He said "Well don't drive it then!"

  Following this, I called Dave to talk with him about the whole situation. He offered no apologies. and told me to leave whatever reviews I need to online, and tell everyone I need to about my experience.

  Rob, the manager, is away until next week. I am hoping he will handle the whole situation better. Part of being a good manager, though, is leaving the right people in charge while you are gone.

  Update: Rob called me today & apologized for the whole situation. He said the oil filter was faulty, and that is what caused the problem. He also said that any issues, including the possibility of a blown engine, would have been fully covered by them. I will go elsewhere for future work, as Dave still works there, & I do not want my wife, or any other family member to be treated like that again.

  I can't say that I will ever bring a vehicle to Oil Can Alley in Melfort again. If anyone asks me about them, I will give them my honest experience.
